In 1977 Ragan was flown to Tokyo to record a jazz album with Dynasty lead singer, Linda Carriere and acclaimed Japanese musician Haruomi Hosono for Sony studios/ALFA records.

All lyrics were written by Ragan, adapted from his poetry.

47 years after the original recording in 1977, the album has been rereleased.
